Friday Floral – Photo or Digital Art?

Images with added texture during post processing have really caught my attention over the last few months.  I decided to try it on a few and the above image is one.  Is it no longer a photo and now digital art?  Or is it just more than basic post processing?

Below is the original image with only basic post processing.

This is an Albino Mexican Gold Poppy (Eschscholzia californica) which is rare and only found near Bartlett Lake in Arizona.

Thank you Lindy! I shoot in RAW and to the right of the histogram which is why the straight out of the camera image is blah. RAW images are always flat and need some basic post processing to liven them up.
